Dundur is a solo project by Guðmundur Höskuldsson, a guitarist and musician in Neskaupstað in East Iceland. Dundur's first album was released at the end of last year and attracted a lot of attention. The music is best described as a kind of "fusion" of jazz, blues, ambient music and various other things. Guðmundur plays with a select group of musicians, but the concert will include, in addition to himself, Þórir Baldursson on keyboards, Birgir Baldursson, percussion, and Hafsteinn Már Þórðarson on bass. At the concert, they will perform songs from the album, but Dundur emphasizes free improvisation, so the audience can expect all kinds of surprises!
The house opens at 20:00 and the concert starts at 20:30. Admission fee is 4.000 kr. 3000 for the elderly and people with disabilities. 16 years and younger: No charge
